How I Work 10 to 15 Hours a Week Without Guilt

Working limited hours used to come with a lot of guilt.

I felt like I had to justify it. Over time, I realized that efficiency matters more than volume. I structure my work around focused blocks and clear priorities. I do not multitask constantly.

I allow rest without earning it. This approach keeps me present and consistent.

Guilt fades when your systems support your values. Working fewer hours does not mean you care less.

It means you work with intention.
