Doing it all sounds empowering until you try to live it.
The reality is that something always pays the price. Usually it is your rest, your presence, or your mental health.
I stopped trying to do everything at once because it was costing me more than it gave me. Instead, I choose seasons.
Some seasons are for growth. Some are for maintenance. Some are for rest.
This approach allows me to focus fully without constant guilt. I let myself be fully present where I am instead of stretched thin everywhere.
Life feels quieter this way.
More honest. More manageable.
