Why Hustle Culture Never Worked for Me

Hustle culture never felt motivating to me.

It felt loud and heavy and unsustainable.

I tried pushing through anyway because that seemed like the only option. The problem was not my discipline.

The problem was the model.

Constant urgency left no room for recovery or creativity. Productivity was measured by exhaustion instead of alignment. I learned quickly that burnout does not equal success.

Working harder did not make my life better. It made it smaller. Letting go of hustle did not make me lazy. It made me more intentional. I now work in a way that supports my nervous system instead of draining it.

That change has made all the difference.
